Giveaway Rules and Regulations1) Make no mistake about it: We are giving away an A-Designs Pacifica mic pre amp as a way to promote Home Recording Boot Camp and to get people to sign up for our emailing list. If you do not want to get a few emails (about 6 per year) from Home Recording Boot Camp and Veneto West, do not sign up. But please note that Home Recording Boot Camp & Veneto West will never sell or give away your email address. 2) No purchase necessary. If you are already on the Home Recording Boot Camp or Veneto West mailing lists, you are not automatically entered in the Sweepstakes. To be eligible to win you must sign up using the form at the link below. 3) The drawing is open to anyone willing to sign up for our mailing list. We will pay for shipping to any address in the world, but if the winner is from outside of the United States, the winner will be responsible for any taxes or import fees (and we will not lie on the customs forms) 4) Only one entry per person. There will be only one winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All entrants must complete all required fields (there are only 3). The winner will be notified via email and must be able to verify the name attached to the email (i.e. no multiple entries using bogus names). Winner will be required to send us a copy of their ID with a name matching their entry. 5) Entries must be received by July 10, 2008. Home Recording Boot Camp will send out a confirmation e-mail for each entry, to ensure that we’ve notated your information correctly and to verify that you wish to participate. Early entrants have noted that the auto verification can sometimes happen immediately or some times take up to a day to receive. The winner will be randomly selected during the July 6-day Boot Camp. Winner of the drawing will have 7 days to respond after receiving the winning notification (Home Recording Boot Camp will not be responsible if the winning notification does not reach its intended recipient for any reason. ). If, after 7 days, we have not received a reply we will pick a new winner, and the previous winner will forfeit any claim on the prize. 6) Winner agrees that Home Recording Boot Camp may use their name and likeness in announcements about the contest.
